The Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa – Subclass 491 – allows skilled workers to live and work in designated regional areas of Australia for up to five years. After three years, it offers a pathway to apply for permanent residency.

You must receive nomination from state or territory Government before you can apply for this visa.

491 Visa Eligibility Criteria:

 

• The individual can only apply for this visa stream after receiving an official invitation to apply.
• To qualify for the Skilled Work Regional Visa, the applicant must be nominated by a state or territory government in Australia or be sponsored by an eligible Australian relative residing in a designated regional area.
  
• The sponsoring relative must be at least 18 years old and must be living in a designated regional area of Australia.
  

• You must be under 45 years of age at the time you receive an invitation to apply for the visa.

  However, if you turn 45 after receiving the invitation, you can still proceed with your visa application.

• The applicant must hold an occupation listed on the relevant skilled occupation list and have completed a Skills Assessment and received a suitable outcome by the time they are invited to apply for the visa.
• You must score at least 65 points or more on the points test as part of the Skills Assessment to be eligible for the visa.
  
• The applicant must be having at least a competent level of English language knowledge.

فرد اسپانسر کننده باید حداقل ۱۸ سال سن داشته باشد و در یکی از مناطق مشخص شده استرالیا زندگی کند

متقاضی باید در زمان دریافت دعوت‌نامه برای اقدام، کمتر از ۴۵ سال سن داشته باشد

با این حال، اگر بعد از دریافت دعوت‌نامه سن شما به ۴۵ سال برسد، همچنان می‌توانید درخواست ویزا خود را ادامه دهید

متقاضی باید شغلی که در فهرست مشاغل ماهر مرتبط است را داشته باشد و ارزیابی مهارت  را انجام داده و نتیجه مثبت آن را تا زمان دریافت دعوت‌نامه کسب کرده باشد

متقاضی باید حداقل ۶۵ امتیاز یا بیشتر در آزمون امتیازبندی کسب کند تا واجد شرایط ویزا باشد

(Competent level) متقاضی باید حداقل  سطح مهارت کافی زبان انگلیسی داشته باشد

 

Subsequent Entrant Stream:

 

• The applicant must be a member of the family unit of a subclass 491 visa holder.
  
• The applicant can be of any age when applying for this stream.
• The applicant must have at least functional English or pay a second instalment.
• Applicant must not have had a visa cancelled or a previous application refused.
• Applicant must meet health and character requirements.
• The applicant or any family member must not have any unpaid debts to the Australian Government.

متقاضی باید حداقل به سطح زبان انگلیسی فانکشنال  مسلط باشد یا درغیر این صورت، قسط دوم هزینه ویزا را پرداخت کند

متقاضی نباید سابقه لغو ویزا یا رد درخواست قبلی داشته باشد

باید شرایط سلامت و شخصیت مورد قبول دولت استرالیا را داشته باشد

همچنین متقاضی یا هر یک از اعضای خانواده‌اش نباید بدهی معوقه‌ای به دولت استرالیا داشته باشند
